I remember playing in the street and mom yelling at me to get out of the street. I ignored her. She came out to discuss this and I took off running. She chased me down and tackled me in a neighbors yard. I think she would have spanked me, but we were both laughing so hard she couldn't. I didn't play in the street again (where she could see me).
A highlight in my life was taking a trip to Hawaii with mom to see Brad play in his last collegiate game. We had a great time seeing Pearl Harbor (very special moment!), the flea market, Diamond Head (we actually walked inside the crater), the north shore, the temple, the Polynesian Cultural Center, I thought to myself... it doesn't get any better than this.
